Can I see a sample?
Yes not a problem. Quickest way is to call and talk with one of the team. We ‘re happy to send you the sample along with full details. The Sample is free and does not bind you to working with us don’t worry!
How long does the whole process take?
Bears – very quick we can do 24h! but we do like a little time so normally 4-10days depending on how many you need.
Minimum Order
Please note that the minimum order is 1 to as many as you need we can supply thousands of bears if needed (subject to stock at the point of ordering)
When do we pay?
Unlike most companies who want a deposit or money up front we don’t! We make it simple, you send us the order for what you want, we proof this to you, you say that’s great I want xyz, we produce xyz, send them to you and an invoice will follow shortly after we send the goods and finally you pay!
VAT
Our products are 20% rated for VAT purposes.
Can we re-order our products at a later date?
Yes we keep all artwork on file so a reorder is possible at any time.
Does that include P&P?
P&P costs are not included in our prices please allow £12inc vat for any orders.
